Mango Kiss (ooh la la)

I like simple.  Easy and simple... even better.  Looking for an appetizer that is easy to make, easy to eat and of course taste good? Here is one you might want to add to your list.

Prep Time: 20 min

Cook Time: 265 deg for 20-30 min +/- (depending on how thick )

Grill Type:Green Mountain Grill

Ideas to cook by:

Summer sausage

Mango slices

1/4 c fresh sliced onion

Seasoning to taste

Toothpicks

Start your prep:

The more you make... the more ingredients you need!

Take a Bull Rack perforated tray and nest it into the drip tray. This will keep the mango juice from running all over the counter and making a mess. Later you can stack these trays into the Bull Rack System and cook a bunch of Mango Kiss's with ease. This makes it so easy to keep things clean, move and transfer food... I would not want to be without mine.

Cut your Summer sausage, onion and mango up into bite size pieces. Skewer them with the toothpick (however you prefer.... mango, meat, onion etc).   Sprinkle some of your favorite seasoning on them and throw them on the smoker grill. That's it. I told you it was easy! Cook till they are done to your liking. Honestly, many of these did not even make it to the grill before I found a new home for them... but I do like them warmed up with a hint of smoke.

The Bull Rack System...it works! Makes it easy. This was super tasty and will be on the menu again soon!

I hope you enjoyed this and will try your own version soon.

Cook ON!
