Smoked Tangerine candy is so good! It is a nice sweet treat, easy to make and has lots of different ways you can compliment some of your favorite dishes.

Not only does it taste good alone, but keep some around to top your ice cream at night or your pancakes in the morning, toss some in the salad or sprinkle some on your finished steak for a twist!
Prep Time: 20 min
Cook Time: 485 deg for 15-20 min +/-
(depending on how thick your bits are)
Grill Type: Green Mountain Grill
Ideas to cook by:
3 Tangerine peels (diced)
1/2 c brown sugar
1 teaspoon butter, melted

Mix all the ingredients together. Spread the tangerine bits out onto your Bull Rack System drip tray . I did this cook while making bacon on a lower tray and finishing off some breakfast potatoes on the top tray!
Cook the tangerine bits till they turn a golden color but not browned out. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
Cook ON!
